Coldenham Fire District Notice
Notice is hereby given that the fiscal affairs of the Coldenham Fire
District for the period beginning January 1, 2009 and ending on
December 31, 2009, have been examined by Vanacore DeBenedictus
DiGovanni & Weddell, and that the report of examination performed by
Vanacore DeBenedictus DiGovanni & Weddell has been filed in my
office where it is available as a public record for inspection by
all interested persons. Pursuant to section thirty-five of the
general municipal law, the governing board of the Coldenham Fire
District may, in its discretion, prepare a written response to the
report of examination performed by Vanacore DeBenedictus DiGovanni &
Weddell and file any such response in my office as a public record
for inspection by all interested persons not later then August 15,
2010.

Coldenham Fire House, 511 Coldenham Road, Walden, NY at 7:00 PM on
Thursday, July 29, 2010 to review and update the Rules and

NOTICE OF WORKSHOP
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Workshop will be held by the Board of
Fire Commissioners of the Coldenham Fire District, Orange County,
New York on Wednesday, August 18 beginning at 7:00p.m., at the
Coldenham Fire House, 511 Coldenham Road, Montgomery, New York. The
workshop will be for the purpose of the 2011 Budget.
